Collaborative Practice

For more than half a dozen years, Jocelyn has been practicing collaborative law, a voluntary dispute resolution process focused on interest-based negotiation that allows each party to focus on his or her underlying goals rather than engage in positional based bargaining.  This process allows parties to avoid litigation and the related high costs through a commitment to open communication and information sharing and the creation of shared solutions acknowledging the highest priorities of both parties.

Jocelyn is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and more information about the Collaborative Practice is available at www.collaborativepractice.com.

Jocelyn is also a founding member and a past president of the Collaborative Family Lawyers of Arkansas.  More information from this practice group is available at www.collaborativefamilylawyersofarkansas.com.
